Facilities Maintenance Technician- West Virginia

UTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Understand and comply with all OSHA, safety and PPE requirements;
2.    Understand and comply with all ISO and environmental requirements.
3.    Supports the team in operational improvements.
4.    Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, upkeep and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.
5.    Recognize and solve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.  
6.    Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facility equipment. 
7.    Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance service.
8.    Daily 5S and work area organization
9.    Computerized work order completion via Captor/SAP.
10.    Programmable Logic Control to assist with machine operations and efficiency.
11.    Support team functions by:
a.    Continuing improvements  
b.    Cross-training with others
c.    Backfills other work stations as needed
d.    Problem solving
e.    Supports operational metrics and meets operational needs 
12.    Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.    High School Diploma or GED
2.    Maintenance Experience with facility and building background
3.    Journeyman or Comparable Experience 
4.    Master Electrician (preferred) Electrical experience required 
5.    HVAC (preferred)
6.    Plumbing experience required 
7.    Experience with Air compressor PM’s and troubleshooting
