Long Description

Position:Facility Engineer

Qualifications required:DME / BE - Mechanical / Automobile

Job Description:

Budget Management​:Manage PR estimation for all facility projects.Manage total facility budget under control.​

Finance Management​:Follow invoice status.Make monthly payment plan.​

Purchasing Management​:Make RFQ for all facility projects,Technical review for supplier offers,Technical validation for supplier capabilities.​

Design Management​:Make expansion layout,Guide Architect for building and utility proposals,Review civil detail design,Review PEB detail design,Review Electrical design,Review Plumbing design,Review HVAC design,Review compressed air system design,Review cooling water system design.

Permitting Management​:Building approvals,Fire approval,Plant approval,Other facility approvals.Equipment & Welding Management​:Check and validate requirement from equipment department(HF/CS/Laser/Shot Blasting​).Check and validate requirement from welding department(BIW Lines,Chassis lines​)

Operation Management:Check and validate requirement from operation department(Quality/CMM)

Construction Management​:Coordinate Architect/PMC/Consultant/Construction suppliers,Manage construction safety​,Manage construction schedule​,Manage construction quality ​,Validate site running bills​.

Business Planning Management​:Support for new project quotation with facility budget & proposal​
