  1. Adhere to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
  2. Review part and assembly data using data collection software (CM4D) by reviewing design requirements and support with tolerance reviews and create dimensional reports
  3. Prepare presentations summarizing results, findings, and next step,
  4. Communicate between cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements to completion by investigating root causes and provide corrective and preventative actions
  5. Support with new product launches, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting related to dimensional quality engineering responsibilities.
  6. Lead dimensional improvements across the laser lines and projection lines.
  7. Advance knowledge for the dimensional reports interpretation to request lines adjustment of correction.
  8. If needed lead with T&D dimensional improvements in hot stamping process.
  9. Support in risk assessment & mitigation activities by anticipating in potential problems and take preventative action
  10. Contribute to 8D/Root Cause Analysis process by reviewing/auditing and collecting information on manufacturing processes, design, specifications, quality system, and detection methods
  11. Perform dimensional audits to product and ensure product conformance to dimensional or part specifications. 
  12. Participate in Laser and welding projection meeting
  13. Review suspect parts to determine reasons for dimensional variations such as faulty machining, or assembly procedures, setup, tools, or fixtures and provide details to quality department.
  14. Review parts not within specified dimension tolerances to confirm status.
  15. Prepare parts for customer submission approvals.
  16. Any tasks deemed necessary by management
  17. Excellent problem-solver with a strong quality and customer-focused mindset
