Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- 2 years of experience in the Quality area, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of quality methods and techniques (Lean, Six-Sigma, 8'Ds and Kaisen principles);
- Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001/IATF 16949;
- Good level of Spanish and English;
- Knowledge of French (valued);
- Advanced computer knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of PowerBI (valued);
- Knowledge of SAP PR (preferred);
- Good planning and organization skills, teamwork and problem solving;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), negotiation skills, dynamic and proactive stance, autonomous and flexible.
What you will do...
- Direct communication with customers, managing emerging difficulties in the production process and liaising with the company's different departments;
- Maintenance of the Quality Management system (work systems, documentation, external audits, among others);
- Coordination and monitoring of audits and monitoring of the implementation of actions;
- Management and treatment of internal rejections and non-conformities;
- Maintenance and updating of documentation related to products and processes throughout the life of the project;
- Administer training/awareness actions on topics related to quality;
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of the company;
- Other tasks required in the Quality Department.
