Junior AP Accountant

 

Role Summary

Responsible for AP accounting for Shanghai HQ office.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine/review staff reimbursement.
  • Handle and maintain E-banking payment process. Be in charge of payment process of Shanghai HQ.
  • Monitor Business card payment and settlement with colleagues and other follow-up issues.
  • Update daily cash balance (MT940/FF67) in SAP
  • Cash flow statement and cash forecast preparation
  • Invoice issue and reconciliation  
  • Financial documents filling monthly basis.  
  • Handling something at nearby bank and tax bureau, assist with annual auditing work
  • Other work assigned by Finance Leader

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Major in Accounting, Finance or related 
  • 0-2+year experience in Finance, welcome fresh graduates to try this position
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability of working under pressure with good team spirit and positive attitude

Knowledge and Education

  • Major in Accounting, Finance or related.


 

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years of practical experience in Finance, welcome fresh graduates to try this position.
