About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Innovation Project Manager to join our Innovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic innovation initiatives from concept definition through implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Research, IP , Technology, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Business Development, and external partners.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative technologies, products, and processes that support the company's long-term competitiveness and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and R&D projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different functions and locations.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
- Drive collaboration between internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, research centers, and technology partners.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance indicators, providing regular updates to management.
- Facilitate innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute to the company's innovation processes, methodologies, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience managing technology, engineering, innovation, or R&D projects in automotive industry.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in international environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
