Almacenista

Role Summary
Garantizar el correcto control y gestión de las refacciones, materiales y herramientas del almacén a través del uso de sistemas informáticos.
 

Key Responsibilities
•    Hacer el uso del software para la gestión del almacén de refacciones como SAP.            
•    Identificar el tipo de refacciones por áreas o departamentos de trabajo.            
•    Manejar inventarios.            
•    Hacer la clasificación de almacén.            
•    Contacto con proveedores.            
•    Gestionar las entradas y salidas de refacciones y herramientas.            
•    Recibir e inventariar los materiales y elementos que ingresen al almacén.            
•    Llevar a cabo la entrega de material con vale.            
•    Dar soporte a las áreas productivas de recibo de materiales.            
•    Asignar códigos de materiales para nuevos ítems.            
•    Planear y programar las actividades propias de almacén.            
•    Ingresar facturas a sistema SAP.            
 

Key Qualifications/Requirements
•    Manejo de almacenes
•    Control de inventarios
•    Control de facturas
•    Clasificación de refacciones
•    FIFO´s
•    Office (word, excel, power point)
•    SAP (Módulos logísticos)
•    Manejo de sustancias químicas
 

Knowledge and Education
•   Preparatoria o Bachillerato.
 

Work Experience
•  1 a 2 años de experiencia como Almacenista.
 

Additional information
•    Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
