LASER PROCESS ENGINEER

Long Description

• Education : DME/ B.E.

• Duration : 06 to 08 Months

• Experience : 2+ years

• Lead technicians and laser cell operators to achieve KPIs (OEE, JPH).

• Monitor absenteeism and ensure adherence to SOPs, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Manage manpower, PPE usage, and issue of consumables.

• Track and analyze downtime; implement root cause solutions.

• Oversee production as per plan, ensuring quality and quantity targets.

• Drive quick changeover activities and maintain correct product identification.

• Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and TPM implementation on the shop floor.

• Record hourly production performance and manage resource utilization effectively.

• Collaborate with maintenance, process, and quality teams for interventions.
