Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:

 

  • Ensure compliance with supply chain systems, logistics expense calculation, budgeting, and execution.Support new projects: container design approval, ordering, logistics concept calculation, and customer agreements.
  • Manage supply through delivery forecasts based on production plans, stock levels, and customer orders.Maintain adequate stock by analyzing production plans and planning quantities.
  • Organize warehouse operations: determine type, size, location, and manage goods transfer.Handle customs clearance for BOP and manage trolley lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
  • Oversee production planning based on customer demand and stock criteria.
  • Communicate with customers on supply chain topics and manage internal logistics.Implement risk management: insurance, goods protection during transport and storage.Ensure waste management, EHS compliance, and legal communication.
  • Drive implementation of EMS, QMS, and 5S systems; ensure employee training.Perform any other supply chain-related activities as instructed by management.
