HR COORDINATOR
Role Summary
Minimum experience of two years in Human Resources Recruitment and Selection, Training, Salaries, Relations with Unions and Union Negotiations as well as administration of benefits and expert knowledge in payroll, Mexican taxes and Mexican legislation (LFT, IMSS, STPS), INFONAVIT, NOMS)
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the administration of personnel at the different levels of the Organization,
• Plan and ensure the training of new employees to foster a positive attitude towards the company.
• Maintains records, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, employee statistics
• Maintains personnel files for discipline reports, etc.
• Responsible for reports of HR Indicators, administration and action plans.
• Assist supervisors in matters related to work situations, generate and disseminate reports or necessary information.
In charge of the organization and execution of several events in the Company.
• Manages performance review of all staff and management programs
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations that suppress HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are followed.
Knowledge and Education
• Lic. Psychology, business administration or related.
Work Experience
• At least 3 years in a similar position
