HSE COORDINATOR

Role Summary
Comply with legal, corporate and client requirements regarding Safety, Health and the Environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Comply with legal, corporate and client requirements regarding Safety, Health and the Environment.
• Coordinate staff training on Safety, Health and Environment.
• Control the activities of contractors in matters of Safety, Health and Environment.
• Manage emergency control and response activities.
• Develop and implement plans, programs and procedures to reduce accidents / incidents / near misses.
• Coordinate the functions of the emergency brigades.
• Coordinate the functions of the safety and hygiene commission.
• Determine and stipulate control for the administration of PPE.
• Prepare and coordinate the internal civil protection plan.
• Contact government agencies in the event of an emergency or imminent risk.
• Active member of the multidisciplinary environmental team.
• Representative before the authorities of the environmental system implemented in the plant.
• Keeps management staff informed about government requirements regarding safety, health and the environment, as well as ensuring compliance therewith.
• Maintenance and monitoring of the EMS based on the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
• Implementation and monitoring of the SG based on the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
• Supervises that the personnel under his/her charge carry out the activities related to the area of safety, environment and occupational health.
•Leader of the multidisciplinary environmental team ISO 14001:2015
• Coordinate the property protection personnel in the plant.
• Active participation as part of the facilitating team to develop the Safety Pillar.
• Analysis and solution of problems
•Ensure the requirements of the internal PRL regulations, as well as prepare the quarterly report on the GHSI platform.
•Ensure the requirements of the IDA internal regulations, regarding the environment, as well as prepare the quarterly report on the ENVRA platform.
•Responsible for monitoring the implementation and plans of NO

Education
• Industrial, Environmental Engineer, LAE, or similar.

Work Experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferably
