Role Summary
Permanently observe and participate in the monitoring and application of the company's rules and policies and those established in accordance with the health, safety, quality and environment system.
Key Responsibilities
• Observe and permanently participate in the monitoring and application of Gestamp's principles and code of conduct.
• Safety, Health and Environment Responsibilities:
• Participate, get involved and use resources to provide a safe and healthy workplace with zero accidents.
• Know, learn and apply the safety rules and procedures and the environmental management system.
• Carry out your daily activities according to specific instructions that allow you to complete your tasks with zero work-related injuries and/or illnesses.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area.
• Know the environmental aspects of your work area, follow and apply the applicable operational procedures and controls to prevent contamination.
• Immediately report any injury or incident, no matter how minor.
• Attend and participate in the Safety and environmental control talks or training that are scheduled.
• Report unsafe conditions and acts that you detect to your supervisor, when it is not possible and safe for you to make the correction yourself.
• Be alert to the risks you identify before and during the execution of a task, taking the necessary corrective actions to prevent injuries.
• Take care of one's own actions to avoid committing unsafe acts or generating unsafe conditions.
• Use the required Personal Protective Equipment in work areas and use additional equipment as necessary to perform specific jobs.
Work Experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferably
