Role Summary
• Ensure the supply of the production process, including PHDs, Hydroforming, Laser Cutting, Assemblies, and Chassis, avoiding disruptions and downtime through the coordination and management of personnel, warehouses for supply, and shoveling. Monitor storage activities and material allocation in accordance with the quality, time, cost, and safety system for products, employees, and facilities at Gestamp San Luis Potosi to meet department objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform material handling leader activities in accordance with the time, cost, safety, and quality standards applicable to the assigned area.
• Coordinate the activities of supply personnel and ensure there are no impacts on the production process.
• Monitor the validation of physical material against what is represented on the label on shoveling/supply lines.
• Ensure the reading or scanning of materials for supply and/or shoveling.
• Monitor the proper storage of products according to the FIFO control system.
• Ensure the allocation and placement of products using the scanner through the SAP location system (WMS) by shoveling and/or supply personnel.
• Make improvements to work instructions to improve staff performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities for supply/shoveling activities.
