LOGISTICS MANAGER

Role Summary
• Manage the supply chain of Gestamp San Luis Potosí from customer requirements to the supply of finished products in a timely manner, including receipt and internal materials handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Assign the necessary resources to prepare the material supply plan and communicate it to suppliers.
• Assign the necessary resources so that the material requested from suppliers is received in a timely manner.
• Manage the level of inventory, warehouse vouchers and receipts according to the objectives set by the area and its respective report.
• Administration, control and conservation of warehouses of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products as well as adequate inventory rotation according to FIFO.
• Production planning and validation as well as compliance monitoring.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products according to objectives, to avoid over-inventories or customer stoppages.
• Responsible for shipping material to the client in time, quantity and in the required quality, as well as its billing.
• Materials Reconciliation when it comes to material on consignment.
• Supervise, lead and develop the staff under your responsibility.
• Propose and make improvements to product storage as well as material flows, inventory levels, etc.
• All tasks related to the administration of foreign trade, monitoring of temporary and permanent import programs (Prosec), etc.
• Report and presentation of weekly KPIs at staff meeting.
• Monitoring of internal and external audits.
• Ensure QMS compliance within your process.
