Logistics Supervisor

Role Summary
Maintain the logistics areas and equipment in optimal conditions, as well as the auxiliary equipment through compliance with the repair plan, routines and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Load the material for shipment to the client, as well as the supply to the production lines based on FIFO, scanning and labeling of material.
• Management of mobile equipment, forklift, tugger or Jenny, depending on the activity to be carried out.
• Unload and load empty equipment, as well as carry out a visual inspection of said equipment to identify damaged equipment, which must be identified, segregated to its corresponding area and notified to its Supervisor.
• Visually inspect all domestic transports when unloading empty containers and immediately report any transport damage.
• Perform a visual safety and maintenance inspection of the assigned forklift and complete the Forklift inspection checklist daily before starting to use the equipment.
• Comply with security requirements and use your security equipment at all times.
• Ensure that the shipping process is carried out according to company regulations in a timely manner.
• Perform planned maintenance on auxiliary logistics equipment, such as racks, shelving, etc.

Knowledge and Education
• High School Certificate, Technical High School or at the end.

Work Experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferably

• Basic knowledge in electricity.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics.
