Role Summary
• Responsible for the proper functioning of the Quality Laboratory; as well as the control of order, cleanliness and proper use of furniture and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate measurement programs for parts and devices.
• Perform laboratory tests and measurements for support.
• Ensure the use of equipment properly to avoid damage.
• Prepare the reports established for this purpose and inform the personnel involved of the results obtained in the tests carried out on the manufactured product.
• Responsible for all equipment being calibrated by a certified body.
• Feedback to the quality area in case of finding any non-conformity.
• Register in the log the relevant events that occurred during your working day, leaving a record of the acts and activities carried out, to provide feedback to your counterpart.
• Knowledge and application of the control plan and process FMEA.
• Initial preparation of internal non-conformity reports of the problems detected in the work area.
Education
• Technical career, TSU, or related.
Work Experience
• 2 years in similar position
• 2 years in the automotive industry
