PRODUCTION PLANNING COORDINATOR

Role Summary
Manage production and materials planning team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage production and materials planning team.
• Manage customer receipts through EDI and ensure integration into SAP.
• Generate calculation and projection of the Production Plan.
• Generate calculation and projection of the Materials Plan.
• Analyze the variation of Client volumes and manage the correct generation of Raw Material reductions to the Supplier according to MRP in SAP.
• Perform capacity calculations per line according to the client's requirements to schedule production, balancing production lines.
• Make sure not to stop the customer due to lack of product and not to stop the production line due to lack of materials.
• Inventory analysis through cycle counting in SAP according to schedule.
• Analysis of empty equipment to ensure production
• Analysis and solution of problems
 

Education
Industrial Engineer in manufacturing, mechanics or similar.
 

Work Experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferably
