PRODUCTION PLANNER
Role Summary
• Carry out the production programs for each of the lines of the plant, coordinating the activities of traceability of the product and inventory control, including all activities related to the processing of the material for its transformation into a finished product, ranging from the requirement of raw material to shipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive via EDI or another, the customer's requirements and analyze the capacity of the production lines, as well as their projection of inventory coverage.
• Calculate and project the Production Plan.
• Follow up on floor production through production plans.
• Analyze the variation of production volumes to share the information with the material planner for the correct generation of Raw Material grades to the Supplier.
• Perform capacity calculations per line according to customer requirements to schedule production.
• Balancing of production lines.
• Make sure not to stop the customer for lack of product.
• Concentrated delivery to customer.
• Inventory analysis.
• Analysis of empty equipment to ensure production
• Analysis and solution of problems
Education
• Industrial Engineer or similar
Work Experience
• Automotive industry
