PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER

Role Summary
• Coordination of 8D Analysis and monitoring of problems based on internal and external claims (BMW Client), for the optimization of processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Define corrective and preventive controls to improve processes.
• Preparation of quality alerts based on internal and external complaints, ensuring its dissemination at all levels of the organization.
• Early involvement in APQP and PPAP Projects:
• Coordinate and supervise program activities for new projects.
• Develop and evaluate sample parts for new projects and determine, together with the client, the master parts for new projects.
• Validation of Run@rate of projects
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
• Updating of technical documentation which is under your responsibility; control plan, Instruction of processes / inspections, records, visual aids and general documents that comply with the SGC.
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the actions taken for customer complaints.
• Coordination of the actions / agreements taken with the suppliers/customers that are under their responsibility.
• Application of statistical techniques for process improvement, ensuring process monitoring and improvements through cp and cpk.
• Follow-up and monitoring of GP12's, considering technical documentation, monitoring through incident graphs.
• Follow-up to dimensional analysis ensuring the application of the teiletisch methodology.

Education
• Engineering or related

Work Experience
• Automotive industry
