QUALITY LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Role Summary
Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.

Key Responsibilities
• Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.
• Correctly use personal protective equipment for each activity you perform.
• Necessary adjustments and verification of parameters for machine productivity along with good part quality.
• Know and use SAP to create notifications for different maintenance.
• TPM Auto maintenance and installation check list.
• Carry out machine preparations with documentation and supplies at the machine.
• Correctly operate the E-Coat system with TTX equipment
• Check the raw material that enters the line, checking for possible bumps or dirt, marks, rust or defects that affect the painting process.
• Check the proper placement of the raw material racks on the line using the forklift drivers.
• In addition, you must assume responsibility for the production assigned to the line and the care of the measuring instruments on the line.
• Daily measurement of phosphate deposit and crystal size.
• Take care of resources in the process and avoid waste to be competitive in cost.
• Self-control of one's own emotions and conflict and stress reactions.
• Be able to efficiently communicate your concerns to the process.
• Carry out chemical control of all stages of the process according to document R-260-PR/R-251-PR
• Be aware of the line to avoid stoppages that affect the quality of the parts in process. Keep statistical process control charts updated.

Education
Bachelor or technical on chemical area.

Work Experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferably
