Role Summary

The Industrial Controller, ideally equipped with a background in finance or accounting, is a key player in optimizing financial aspects within industrial operations. This role involves overseeing budgetary control, cost analysis, and collaborating with operational teams to align financial strategies with production goals. The Industrial Controller contributes to efficient resource allocation and cost reduction initiatives to enhance the fiscal health of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Analysis and Reduction:
Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.

Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, working closely with supply chain and production teams to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

Financial Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency within industrial operations.

Performance Metrics Analysis:
 Analyze and interpret financial performance metrics related to industrial processes, providing insights for strategic decision-making

 

Key Qualifications/Requirements:


1. Educational Background:
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:
  - Proven experience in financial management, cost analysis, or a related role within an industrial setting.

3. Analytical Skills:
  - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.

4. Communication Skills:
  - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey financial insights.

5. Attention to Detail:
  - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and decision support.

6. ERP Systems Proficiency:
  - Proficiency in SAP systems is highly desirable.

7. Strategic Thinking:
  - Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with operational goals.

 

Additional information

 

Job – based in Madrid Headquarters, but open to other Spain facilities.
Required availability to travel
