Role Summary
The Industrial Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of industrial processes by meticulously examining bills of materials, routing sheets, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and other vital industrial parameters to ensure that Corporate ERPs shows the reality of each production line. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrutinize and validate bills of materials to ensure accuracy in the representation of required materials for production.
- Evaluate routing sheets to confirm that production processes are correctly documented, identifying any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Monitor and analyze OEE metrics to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance, downtime reduction, and overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of various industrial parameters, including but not limited to cycle times, yield, and waste, to maintain optimal production standards.
- Perform regular audits on manufacturing processes to identify deviations from standard procedures and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports highlighting areas of improvement, potential cost savings, and operational enhancements.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and coherence in industrial processes.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, offering insights and recommendations to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Proficiency in English (both writing and oral) is required (minimum C1)., Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. No need for prior experience, although understanding of manufacturing processes will be valued.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reviewing bills of materials, routing sheets, and other critical documentation.
- Effective communication skills to convey audit findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues identified during audits.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to manufacturing and auditing processes.
