Join Our Team as an Supplier Excellence Specialist!
 
We are looking for someone who is extremely attentive to detail, capable of managing large volumes of data, and able to provide relevant information to support decision‑making. Since we operate in a multinational environment serving several countries across the globe, it is essential to have a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
 
Main Tasks:
  • Daily approvals for new supplier registrations;
  • Supplier categorization according to the goods provided;
  • Supplier manual homologation when required;
  • Weekly meetings with business shareholders, to analyze and solve issues and barriers;
  • Report generation and analysis;
  • E-mail handling supporting business users on doubts and requests;
  • Continuous improvement.
  
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in English (eliminatory)
  • Proficiency in French (eliminatory)
  • Proficiency in other languages (plus)
  • Advanced excel and Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in administrative position in back-office, especially in a multinational environment, particularly as part of a team
  • Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
