Business Planning Process & Transformation Analyst
Role Summary
Support the transformation of the RFQ quotation process within the Asia Division, focusing on the Business Planning function. The role analyzes, standardizes, and improves the end-to-end process from BOM reception to Business Case preparation, enhancing efficiency, data reliability, and lead time.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current RFQ processes and identify inefficiencies
- Define standardized workflows, roles, and templates
- Support Business Case preparation and consolidation
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Commercial)
- Other tasks assigned by head of department
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills
- Understanding of cost structures and business cases
- Proficiency in Excel and digital tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to automotive or RFQ processes preferred
Knowledge and Education
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business
Work Experience
- Exposure to automotive or RFQ processes preferred
