Senior Die Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Define die process plan according to RFQ.
  • According to RFQ, release technical reports of critical parts including hot stamping, roll forming, dydro forming and etc.
  • Hot stamping die follow
  • Support Technical Review meeting on customer site.
  • Support for technical negotiation activity.
  • Support die process/design approval.
  • Support die process/design optimization in die manufacturing and tryout phase per die project manager's request.
  • Perform the other duties required.

 

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • UG, Catia and related components.
  • 3-5+ years die tooling design or simulation experiences.
  • Good communication skills and team-working spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good oral and written English
  • Fluent English skills: Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Able to travel frequently.

Knowledge and Education

  • Mechanical, Engineering, metallic material and related major, with bachelor’s degree or above.

Work Experience

  • 3-5+ years die tooling design or simulation experiences.
