Key Responsibilities
- Define die process plan according to RFQ.
- According to RFQ, release technical reports of critical parts including hot stamping, roll forming, dydro forming and etc.
- Hot stamping die follow
- Support Technical Review meeting on customer site.
- Support for technical negotiation activity.
- Support die process/design approval.
- Support die process/design optimization in die manufacturing and tryout phase per die project manager's request.
- Perform the other duties required.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- UG, Catia and related components.
- 3-5+ years die tooling design or simulation experiences.
- Good communication skills and team-working spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written English
- Fluent English skills: Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Able to travel frequently.
Knowledge and Education
- Mechanical, Engineering, metallic material and related major, with bachelor’s degree or above.
Work Experience
- 3-5+ years die tooling design or simulation experiences.
