Maintenance Robotic Weld Tech

Role Summary:

  • Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain production and facility equipment.
  • Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
  • Perform mechanical skills including skills , but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, if needed.
  • Operate powered industrial forklifts and man lifts.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties

Knowledge and Education:

  • HS diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years education and production maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills.
  • 3+ years of FANUC Robot experience
  • MIG welding knowledge
  • Computer knowledge, be able to report issues through CMMS system

Work Experience:

  • Attendance and dependability; can be depended on to report to work at a scheduled time and seldom absent from work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and in writing with superiors, team members, and individuals inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with others. Must exhibit a professional manner to maintain constructive working relationships.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

  • A,B,C,D 12-hour shift rotations.
  • $7,500 signing bonus paid out over a one-year period - $1,500 at 30 days, $2,500 at 6 months, and $3,500 at one year.
