Directly reporting to the Plant Manager of Sermaises (France) we are looking to hire a Controlling Manager that performs the following functions:
- Prepares the Management Plan document.
- Analyses, monitors and controls the monthly management closures.
- Calculates costs in order to study, analyse and update the profitability per manufactured part.
- Makes the economic offers as a preliminary step to the commercial offers.
- Performs the analysis of the results of the Industrial Management and valuation in economic units of the industrial inefficiencies and ineffectiveness (Non-Quality Costs).
- Analysis of deviations.
- Collaborate in the preparation of works and in the updating of the necessary documentation for the department.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Economic-financial training
- Microeconomics
- Office automation
- Accounting
Knowledge and Education
- Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business Studies or similar.
- Advanced English (C1 or similar).
- Essential intermediate level of French (B1 or similar).
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Management Control Tools.
Work experience
- +3 years of experience in similar positions.
Additional information
- Availability to live in France for at least 3 years.
