Short Description

SCOPE:
1. Coordinate with the Forklift supplier for preventive maintenance of all of the forklifts and leased
    equipments to ensure the correct funcionality. KPI's: Preventive maintenance Compliance: >=90%

2. Coordinate with the supervisors [Production, Logistics] the compliance of the daily checklist of the forklift / Doors.
    KPI's: 100% compliance of daily check of the Forklifts and doors.

3. Forklift availability: KPI: available forklifts for the operation

4. Forklift workload control based on the worked hours per area allocating the forklifts according the needed capacity
    and work hours. KPI: Forklift workload control - Work hours / With supplier.

5. Forklift budget control of corrective repairs, spare parts and non planned expenses. KPI: Budget control

6. Customer Score card: KPI: "0" Downtime caused due to the lack or damaged forklifts & doors.

7. Coordinate that all the Findings found in the daily checklist [Forklifts, doors, etc] are properly managed to be fixed.

8. Plan an annual painting maintenance to all the forklifts in order to keep the equipments on good shape.
9. Feedback the forklift drivers on the biggest damages during the year on how they impact on our financial target.

10. Participate in Safety issues analisys with Logistics management to support the analisys.

11. Comply the internal Safety and LPA audits on time. KPI: 100% Compliance of audits.
