Quality System and Supplier Engineer GC2

Short Description

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management systems and the coordination of all document control actions in support of the Quality Systems.

 

. As a Lead Auditor for GC2 Manage the internal audits for process/products and the corrective action programs as per requirements including but not limited to IATF 16949, ISO14001, VDA, Formel Q, LPA, GPS, GQS and D/TLD.

Manage the schedule of each audit defined ensuring the 100% accomplishment.
Update the questions defined on the audits (eg.: LPA) to the new requirements and or Process/procedures changes.
Define a KPI to manage Corrective actions accomplishments and closure/validation.
. Control of all quality system documents, company policies and external reference documents, i.e., AIAG reference manuals, etc.

Define and maintain a system to track, update and correct periodically the Plant Documentation.
Define and maintain a system to update the Company Policies.
Define and methodology of training and evaluation of the system knowledge and accomplishment.
Define and maintain a system to track, update and correct periodically the External reference documentation.
. Monthly update of plant and corporate metrics – Cuadro de Mando (QrCo), Weekly Dashboard and Lessons Learned.

Update weekly US corporate dashboard and e-mail distribution to the entire management.
Update monthly (by the end of 1st week of the month) the Cuadro de Mando (Global corporate QrCo dashboard) and e-mail distribution to the entire management.
Manage and update at least 2 lessons learned per month on Lessons Learned system.
. As a Lead Auditor for GC2 Be the interface with third-party auditing company and customer special audits (IATF 16949 – VDA 6.3/6.5 – TRL)

Manage, schedule and distribute internally information related to programed audits to the plant and lead the critical requests to be accomplished.
Conduct IATF 16949 – VDA 6.3/6.5 – TRL employee awareness training as required.
Ensure the Closure and Report in the requested manner the answers of the findings in each audit.
 

Supplier management, Audits, PPAP revalidations, supplier claims management, suplier chargebacks, Incoming inspection process update and follow up, others.
