Role Summary
Ensure all totes, containers, and racks are safely and properly labeled prior to being moved to the next reporting point. Adheres to safety, quality, and environmental policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-print lables based on quantity needed for specific job.
- Once the totes are filled with the appropriate quantity of parts, label the side of the totes facing away from the press.
- Completed pallets moved to staging area.
- Once totes are labeled properly with two labels, have them moved to the next reporting point.
- Label partial totes at the end of the run by counting remaining parts in totes and printing the appropriate quantity.
Knowledge and Education
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 1 year job-related experience.
- Can demonstrate work experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Familiarity with computers, including Windows programs and the SAP Interface
- Understanding of inventory control
- Knowledge of parts’ code numbers, proper rack, destination, standard pack and other pertinent information

- Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so other will understand
