Regional Facilities Manager

The primary responsibilities of the REGIONAL FACILITES MANAGER include Technical leadership of architectural and civil engineering projects, ensuring the consistent application of the company’s global building and facility standards. Layout design, preparation, and technical specifications review of projects, covering both construction elements and electrical and mechanical installations, for new or modification projects.

  • Assist in the supervision of new and existing building construction projects.
  • Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and follow up on civil works, construction, and electromechanical installation projects in coordination with the relevant Plant management.
  • Coordinate design information, meetings, and data flow among stakeholders.
  • Monitor new construction milestones, ensuring projects meet established building timing and budget attainment benchmarks.
  • Provide facility support to operations, including quoting equipment foundations and guiding construction efforts.

Facilities Maintenance & Equipment Evaluation

  • Develop, implement, and maintain building preventive maintenance procedures to ensure operational reliability.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of various equipment for new and existing manufacturing programs.
  • Provide technical advice for facility modifications and supervise implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate new Press Room equipment technology for potential integration.

Energy & Utility Management

  • Evaluate utility service requirements and usage across facilities, offering cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead and monitor the performance of energy efficiency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the division.
  • Coordinate energy-saving projects and initiatives, managing internal and external energy audits and assessments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Additional coursework in environmental laws and processing procedures is preferred.

Experience: Relevant experience in facilities management, construction project management, or a related field within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Core Competencies: Clear understanding of Lean Principles & Tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to empower and collaborate effectively with a team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
