We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic European automotive customer accounts within our U.S. operations. This high-impact role offers global exposure, executive-level customer interaction, and the opportunity to drive business growth and customer success.

What You'll Do

As the primary commercial contact for key customer accounts, you will:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Manage customer programs from quotation through launch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
Lead commercial activities including pricing, cost recovery, engineering changes, claims, and negotiations.
Coordinate customer requirements across engineering, operations, finance, program management, and sales teams.
Develop growth strategies in partnership with global sales teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Lead negotiations to secure profitable business awards and maximize account performance.
Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activity to identify future opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive commercial success.

Preferred Skills
Strong business and financial acumen.
Experience leading complex commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
German language skills are a plus, but not required.
