In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launches, manage engineering changes, support production readiness, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations. What You'll Do
Lead and support new product launches from development through mass production.
Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to meet customer milestones and launch requirements.
Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and SAP master data.
Manage engineering changes, ensuring timely implementation, validation, and documentation.
Support sample builds, customer deliveries, and launch readiness activities.
Assist with equipment, tooling, and process implementation for new programs.
Participate in customer, supplier, and internal project meetings to ensure successful execution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a related industry.
Experience managing projects, engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Working knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T fundamentals.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
