Join Our Team as an Internal Support Specialist!

 

We’re looking for a dedicated Internal Support Specialist to join us. In this role, you’ll report to the Internal Support Coordinator and be provide tool support and training, guide users in creating accurate purchase requisitions, assist with documentation such as items, kits, contracts, and POs to ensure compliance, advise on pricing strategies, and troubleshoot issues related to POs and procurement tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

A) Tool Support (SAP, Ariba):

  • User Guidance and Training: Provide continuous guidance and training to internal users on the effective use of procurement tools  
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tools, assisting users with troubleshooting.

 

B) Purchase Request Creation Support:

  • Assistance in Request Creation Process: Assist users in creating purchase requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Data Validation: Validate data accuracy to maintain integrity and prevent errors.

 

C) Support in Creating Items, Kits, Catalogs, Contracts, and POs:

  • Collaboration in Documentation: Support the creation and review of items, kits, catalogs, contracts, and purchase orders (Pos).
  • Documentation Review: Ensure documentation consistency and compliance with company standards.

 

D) PO Incident Support:

  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to purchase orders promptly.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience with SAP and customer support.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred:
    • Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (Ariba experience is a plus).
  • Eliminatory:
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
